9 rounds Swiss system

Time: 90 minutes for 40 moves, then 30 minutes for the rest of the game + 30 seconds for each move (FIDE rules)

Lateness: 30 minutes (max)

Upon equal scores: 1^st – Buchholz, 2^nd – sum of Buchholz, 3^rd - number of games won
